I had the amazing opportunity to go to the Urban Zen conference yesterday. Urban Zen is a foundation created by Donna Karen to raise awareness for education of children and teenagers. Not only is Urban Zen about education, but it’s also about helping children and teens through out America find peace with themselves to not be so stressed. While I was there with my leadership group (Community of Unity) I felt really happy that some I look up to as a role model in the fashion industry, isn’t only about fashion, but that she really cares about the education of our future! She said, “My dream is coming true”.

This is one of my favorites from V. Westwood from F/W 2010. She’s so talented. This just screams out originality. She doesn’t play safe; she designs what she feels, forget about what people say. That’s why she’s one of my favorite designers!

One lotion I like to use is the Georgia, Gold skin crème. It smells so good and it makes your skin as soft as a baby.Its $20 for the 4oz.

so, one thing i want to do is post healthy snacks you can eat anytime of the day,this one is a caramel creme snack bar. its only 100 calories, and if you eat this and drink a glass of water, you won't be hungry until your next meal! enjoy!
